The application process is extremely detailed and a two-way street. For a long-term business relationship, both parties not only need to know everything about their potential partners but also they need to trust each other.  This venture is designed so both parties invest and both take equal risk. If one of our applicators fails the business, brand perception in that area may not recover – a risk we will not take. Conversely, the applicator is in a position to lose a substantial investment. These are issues not to be taken lightly and must be discussed upfront.
 
Initially, we sign a mutual confidentiality agreement so both parties can have a free flow of information. Then we have the potential applicator fill out our Applicator Information Form and Financial Disclosure Document. If the applicator is satisfactory on paper, we engage to better understand your background, experience, goals and what you believe to be the market opportunity in your region.
 
If our goals are inline, we ensure the potential applicator is aware of the investment, and then jointly delve in and start to perform an analytical study on the region that covers demographics, business statistics, the competitive landscape and a SWOT analysis (strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats).
 
If still applicable, we require the candidate to author a strategic marketing plan that we assist on, so both parties understand the direction of the new venture. After this, the next step is to visit the head office.
 
After this time together, both parties typically know if the partnership makes sense or not. If it does, the region is purchased, contracts signed and training is scheduled. The final step is passing training to become certified; if the applicator does not pass, they receive a refund, and the agreement becomes null and void.
 
The evaluation process does not happen overnight; it is slow, cautious and deliberate to protect all involved. Our organization is dedicated to quality, not quantity.
