The evaluation process is not quick or easy; it is the most important analysis of our business. 

After the parties enter into a mutual non-disclosure and secrecy agreement, the candidate fills out our Franchise Application Form and Financial Disclosure Document.  If we can move to the next level, detailed information is disclosed including what Seicoat's business model is, how we operate, the training process, the economics, where the revenue drivers are, and what everyone's roles and responsibilities are.

We entertain a wide variety of people and corporations that are potential candidates for our system.  They come from all walks of life and have differing areas of expertise.  Some may have experience in the mold arena and others may be commercial painters, but all are applicable candidates for our business. 

What we look for are those with technical and business expertise in a related field who are versatile enough to learn, market and execute other businesses and build multiple streams of revenue over the long term.
