Our system takes the battle to the taggers and actually deters them from the act of graffiti. Our patented anti-stick and release coatings do not allow paint, coatings, stickers or adhesives to adhere to the coatings film.  Graffiti can be removed with a dry cloth or light pressure washing.

Pressure Washing & Building Restoration

Seicoat's proprietary restoration and cleaning systems utilizes environmentally safe and migratory compounds that penetrate and encapsulate contaminants and then siphon and extract the contaminant from the substrate. The line incorporates sequestering agents help prevent redeposition of any suspended contaminates that aid in protecting these surfaces for years to come. Our technology also utilizes optical brightening agents that makes whites and colors brighter.

Seicoat's unique, environmentally safe and migratory treatment converts surfaces that are inherently slippery in a dry and wet state into surfaces that have a low slip coefficient, without changing the esthetic appearance or integrity.  Slip and fall accidents are one of the most common causes of disability and insurance litigation in the United States.
