Training is done at our main facility in Los Angeles that is over 3 acres in size. This includes production, administration, marketing and applications.  Applicators are corporately trained and have passed our three level proprietary NACE inspired certification program authored by a team of NACE certified personnel. These Applicators are the only entities that can legally carry out and warrant our Services.

 

This week long process begins with conference room training that follows our 300 plus page proprietary Manual and interactive DVD.  This covers both Applicator business organization and the execution of a strategic marketing plan. It also ensures the understanding of the Applicators and Corporate roles and responsibilities; and of course our intense technical training.

 

Besides our leading-edge technology, technical training is also what separates us from the market. The level of education that Applicators gain through our course improves even the most seasoned of applicators. From understanding how to properly create Method Statements to systematizing ones Risk Analysis, we walk you through the entire foundation of a proficient and environmentally aware applicator that understands all liabilities within the craft.

 

Applicators are then tested at the end of the week with a written exam and a field applications exam. This is not for everyone and people have failed in the past. This is not to scare you; however our organization is looking for best in class applicators with a hearty dose of controlled entrepreneurism.
